It is a declared aim of IOS to encourage international co-operation amongst scientists and seriously interested amateurs working with succulent plants. Over the past years, IOS has been actively pursuing this aim by improving communication and facilitating co-operation amongst individuals interested in research and conservation aspects of succulent plants. This overview of planned and current projects in the international community of succulent plant study (IOS and other) is intended to further support this process. We hope for the willingness of researchers and curators to provide information about their activities and to support the idea of bringing proper partners together in due time. On this web page, the interested individual can identify suitable opportunities to coordinate or collaborate. It should also encourage the amateur with profound knowledge of particular plant groups and environmental conditions of their habitats to get into contact with respective project managers.
Please support this idea and provide your project title, project manager / coordinator, your university / institute, e-mail address / URL, and - if applicable - support requested to
